Escaped prisoner in custody

Rashard Peters of Green Bay, who hours ago escaped from prison officials at the prison farm is back in custody. He was apprehend in Grays Farm around 2pm by members of the Rapid Response Unit. It is expected that he will be charged for Escaping Lawful Custody.
