Bernard “King Premier” Willock and Stephenson “Smoothie” Vital were crowned champions in the Masters and Seniors Division of the Swizzle Stick Bar Easter Classic Invitational Draughts Tournament which climaxed over the weekend.
Willock recorded a comprehensive 7-1 triumph over Elvis Cordice in the deciding game played on Saturday night to end the competition at the top of the standings. Anthony “Tony” Gomes and O’Neil Jordan were second and third respectively.
Meanwhile, Vital went unbeaten to capture the Seniors’ Division title. Euren “Hardroy” Jeremiah finished in the second position with Amakusa Jeremiah in third.
