Prime Minister Gaston Browne has declared that, following consultations with Cabinet members and Ministry of Finance officials this morning, December 15 to 17 and 22 have been earmarked as weekends for a reduction in Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax (ABST) from 15% to 5%.
This strategic move to lower the sales tax is aimed at bolstering economic activity during the upcoming festive season.
