The father of 23-year-old Kyle Peters, Superintendent of Police Verbin Peters, has expressed concern over the lack of information regarding his son’s disappearance.
Despite extensive search efforts and police inquiries, there have been no sightings of Kyle since he was last seen at his home on November 28 wearing long blue jeans and no shirt.
According to Peters, some of Kyle’s closest friends are not speaking, and the family is still unaware of who came to pick him up on the night he went missing.
It has been reported that several youngsters, over six of them, were questioned by the police, but none of them have given enough details to help with the investigation.
Kyle’s friends have not been forthcoming with any information, and his mother, Almorine Peters, was bewildered by her son’s disappearance, as it is not in his usual character to disappear without a trace.
Kyle, who has a clear complexion, a slim build, and weighs around 160-170 lbs at a height of about 6 feet, has two brothers and a five-year-old son.
Almorine said she last spoke to her son on the night he disappeared, just before leaving the house to attend church.
Upon her return, she discovered that her son wasn’t home and was told that he left after receiving a phone call.
The family is appealing to anyone with information about Kyle’s disappearance or his current whereabouts to contact the Parham Police Station at 463-2060.
