EDITORIAL: Change requires comfort
The people have spoken. Antigua and Barbuda will retain the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council as its final court of appeal. The status quo will remain in Grenada as well, as they too rejected the move to the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ). While this was our first vote on the matter, it was Grenada’s second in just two years, and the results demonstrated how little ground the pro-CCJ campaign made since the last referendum there.
AG receives minor injuries in freak accident
Attorney General Steadroy “Cutie” Benjamin is said to be doing much better following a freak accident at his home Tuesday night which resulted in him in spending a very short time at the Mount St. John’s Medical Centre (MSJMC).

Jolly Harbour and deceased man’s mom differ on alleged electrocution
One day after a 23-year-old man was allegedly electrocuted at Jolly Harbour, one of the many well known resorts in Antigua and Barbuda, the management of the resort is denying that the facility could have been the cause of the manner in which the Jennings man allegedly died.
