PMS bossed St Anthony’s while Clare Hall edged AGS in Junior Boys Inter School Basketball thriller

The Princess Margaret School (PMS) continued its winning ways with a dominating victory over St Anthony’s Secondary School (SASS) with a 66-30 scoreline in the Junior Division of the Cool and Smooth Interschool Basketball League played on Wednesday.

Craig Massiah was at the top of his game, sinking an amazing 37 points, while teammate Tyrese White contributed 14 points.

For SASS, Alexander Fuller had eight points while Justyn Raeburn had seven points.

In the other match, Clare Hall Secondary (CHSS) raced past the Antigua Grammar School (AGS) with a 35 to 34 win, as Tajahron David scored a total of 21 points.

However, he was not the match’s highest scorer as he was pipped by Raheem Sawyer of AGS.

The last match of the day saw another close encounter, as Irene B Williams beat St Mary’s Secondary 15-14.

Daniel Abbott top-scored with seven points for the winners, while Justin Carr also had the highest score and same amount of points for the losing side.
