Shand Merchant, the Marketing and Communications Manager of local telecommunications company, Flow, has shared his excitement at the response to last week’s Summer Internship programme, as according to him, over 200 young people applied for placement.
The youth, between the ages 18-25, were engaged in interviews with members of Flow, last Friday, at the Head Office in Clare Hall during a job fair, and at the end of the exercise, 20 of them were selected to participate in the programme.
They are, Anthony Barker, Colin Beazer Jr., Jaeo Benjamin, Kanhai W. Brooks, Aliya Brown, Vonisha Edwards, Kia Barnes, Tamar Hamilton-Luke, Krystal Hull, Angelique Hoyte, Wilfred Jarvis, Donte Lewis, D’Nesha Lucas, Tristan Mapp, Sage Quinn, Makayla Roaffoul, Myah Stevens, Kahtalia Valentine, Juvor Walkes and Makayla Williams.
