Cliff Hangers remain undefeated

Cliff Hangers, continue to make an impressive showing in their first Antigua and Barbuda Amateur Volleyball Association (ABAVA) Business league.

The newbies recorded their second straight victory over the weekend, trouncing Media in straight sets, 26-24, 25-22 in their zone 1 match at the YMCA Volleyball Indoor facility.

APUA Inet also joined Cliff Hangers in the winner’s circle.

The powerhouse team flexed their muscles on Inland Revenue Department (IRD) in the feature match-up of the double header on Sunday night.

Inet defeated IRD, 25-10, 25-18 in their Zone 2 encounter to hand the returning team their second loss of the season.

Matches will continue on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

as APUA Inet will face Sandals while at 7:30 p.m. Island Provision will battle Jumby Bay.

An admission of two dollars is charged.
