Antigua and Barbuda once again etched its name into the history books as Bernard Percival Jr finished in the top 10 of the Men’s Classic Physique category at the recently concluded IFBB Elite Pro World Championships in Tarragona, Spain.
In only his debut year as a pro-athlete, Percival Jr secured a 6th place finish in the highly competitive segment with a score of 67.
Despite not placing in the top three, Percival Jr was the only Caribbean athlete to compete in that category.
The top prize went to Poland’s Marcel Marain Prysziak with a score of 28 while second and third went to Russia’s Denis Romanov and Aristide Mbomni of Germany.
Both men had a score of 35.
This is the final event on the 2019 calendar for Percival Jr, who is expected to return home later this week.
