Rain ruled the day on Sunday in the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association’s top league at the ABFA Technical Centre with only one match being played between Aston Villa and Empire FC with the former winning four nil.

Kwame Kirby opened the scoring in the 15th minute before Jaheim Ferron added another in the 30th minute ending the first half two nil.

Orel Edwards made the scoreline three nil in the 60th minute while Tyrik Hughes scored the final goal in the 62nd. The other matches were called off and would likely be rescheduled. Those matches were between John Hughes FC and Green City which was abandoned while the final match between Willikies Warriors and Ottos Rangers was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
