A fresh appeal to find Carlisle Bay robbery suspect

The police have renewed their appeal for information that would lead to the capture of the man at the centre of the June 30 th robbery of the Carlisle Bay Resort.
Police inspector Lester Bagot of Stratcom confirmed today that Anthony Govia, alias “Thug Life” of Freemans Village is still on the run.
The police had issued the wanted bulletin for the man, who is believe to have stolen thousands of dollars from the hotel, on July 5 th.
Bagot is appealing to the public to not take the matter of finding Govia lightly.
Police believe that he is heavily armed and is considered to be extremely dangerous.
Members of the public are warned not to make any attempts to approach him if or when he is seen. Instead, contact the Rapid Response Unit at 764-2348 or 4643938 or call 911.
An appeal has also been made for him to surrender immediately at any police station with his attorney or any family member.
Thirty-three-year-old Kathy-Ann Isaac of Urlings has been arrested and charged with one count of aggravated robbery as the probe into the incident continues.
