Septuagenarian proves age no barrier to fitness

Old Road resident Hezekiah Josiah chose a non-traditional way to celebrate his 76^th birthday yesterday with a ‘go the distance’ walk. The journey, which he started at 1.47am and concluded at 10.38am, saw him moving off from Five Islands before heading to Golden Grove, Old Road, through Fig Tree Drive, Swetes Village, onto Tyrell’s main road, through Liberta, Horsford Hill, and culminating in English Harbour.
