Hon. Michael Browne Sea View Farm FC set their eyes on a post in the First Division of the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) League as they recorded yet another win on Thursday afternoon in Sea View Farm.
The frontrunners who trounced Bolans FC 2-0 with goals by Markland Wright in the 42nd and 62nd minutes solidified their spot at the top of the 11-team standings in Division 2,  Zone 1 as they now sit on 46 points, seven points clear of Point WestHam.
Bolans remain in 3rd place with 30 points.
Top Ranking JSC Progressors held Tamo FC to a 2-all draw in Johnsons.
Clive Sanculotte put the home team ahead as early as the 3rd minute and they ended the first half with a 1-0 advantage.
Tamo however rallied in the second half, equalising in the 70th minute with a strike from Catchet Harris.
The momentum continued to sway in Tamo’s favour as four minutes later, Walter Bellot found the back of the net to give Tamo a 2-1 lead.
Celebrations would be cut short as Sanculotte struck home in the 80th minute to gain a point for Progressors.
Despite the valiant effort, Progressors still remain at the bottom of the standings with 9 points while Tamo jumped to the 7th position with 22 points.
In the other matches that day in Zone 1 Jennings United fell to BlueJays FC, 4-1 while in Zone 2, Dalso Real Blizzard edged out 5P’s Wadadli, 1-0.
United remain in the 8th spot with 12 points while the BlueJays skipped to the 6th spot with 23 points.
Blizzard moved to 3rd place with 36 points in Zone 2 while 5P’s Wadadli dropped to 7th place with 17 points.
