Keneca Ryan is wanted for murder. Yesterday, the police issued the bulletin for the Grays Farm man who is also known by the alias Boom Boom.
While they are urging him to surrender “immediately,” lawmen are also calling on residents to help find him.
The police said, “Anyone knowing his whereabouts is asked to contact the Rapid Response Unit at 764-2310 or 464-3938, or call the Criminal Investigations Department hotline at 462-3913\462-3914.”
No additional information was provided regarding Ryan’s age or a description of his height, complexion or general appearance.
Ryan is the fourth person linked to the killing of businessman Campbell Jackson, who was shot and killed on May 25 this year, while he was sitting outside his Greenbay home.
The 66-year-old former car rental operator died on the spot.
His son, national footballer Jari Jackson, and a family friend, Tevin George, were also shot but they survived.
The three men who were caught and charged late Friday with Campbell Jackson’s murder and the attempted murder of the two younger men are Alexis Mussington, Arthur James and Kennecha Marcel.
They were remanded to prison when they appeared in St. John’s Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Conliffe Clarke yesterday.
Since magistrates do not have the power to grant bail for murder, they have to apply for it in the High Court.
Meanwhile, committal proceedings are set for March 14, 2018.
