Napoli extended their lead at the top of the 8-team standings in the Denfield “Tody” Thomas Memorial football league.
Napoli, after their latest 2-0 win over Sick People moved to 15 points in Group A, four points clear of New Generation FA as national player, Kieron “Avatar” Richards found the back of the net twice.
New Generation FA were also victorious edging out English Harbour, 1-0, with the lone goal coming from Walton Rhodes Jr.
In the lone Group B encounter, Hot Tool defeated Aaron’s Experience, 3-1, to move to second place in the 8-team standings with 15 points.
Kimoi “Dan One” Alexander, Lyndon “Daddy Wang” Goodwin and Jarell Bailey were the goal-scorers for the victors while Lyndale “Sky” Goodwin scored the lone goal for Aaron’s Experience.
Twenty-four hours prior, Jah Youths handed Under the Lights, a 1-0 defeat while Harbor Ballers and The F played to a nil-all draw.
Young Farmers was also victorious edging out Stray Dogs, 1-0.
Nat Pan My Team suffered another loss in the Fort Road football league losing 2-0 to Demolition.
With this win, Demolition moves to third place in the 10-team standings with 11 points, two points behind first place, Fort Road East and one point behind second place, Fort Road West.
Sunday Runners forfeited to Fort Road West.
Meanwhile, in the Anderson E. Carty Grays Green football league, Real Stats and Cool Runnings both recorded 1-0 victories. Carlos Tittle scored the winning goal for Cool Runnings while John Jno-Lewis hit one home for Real  Stats.
