Attacker Drake Hadeed is Antigua and Barbuda’s newest professional footballer after signing his first professional contract with the Carolina Core FC in the MLS Next pro league.
Drake played for North Coast FC from the age of seven until he left to explore opportunities in the UK at the age of 12.
The player, who recently made his debut for the senior men’s national team, is currently in the US finalising arrangements with his new club but is expected to return to Antigua later this week.
