The police have identified the young man found wandering at Creekside earlier this evening.
He is Javon Otto. Relatives are grateful for the assistance they received.
Residents in the area reached out to OBSERVER media this evening after they found the man in the area and he could not provide a name. His only response to any question asked was “no”.
He was taken to the Grays Farm Police Station where the officers were able to coordinate with other stations and identify him.
BACKGROUND
Moments ago OBSERVER media was asked to help track down this young man’s family.
It appears he has lost his memory or has some form of disability that has impaired his ability to identify himself when asked his name or to write it.
He was found in Creekside.
