The highlight of the football quarter-finals was undoubtedly the match between Willikies FC and John Hughes FC.

Willikies FC demonstrated their championship calibre with a commanding 6-1 victory over their opponents.

The scoring opened early, with Phil Nicholas finding the back of the net twice in quick succession, at the 13th and 20th minutes.

Nadre Thomas followed suit with a brace of his own, scoring in the 23rd and 46th minutes.

Kalique Samuel added to John Hughes FC’s woes with a goal in the 27th minute, while Novelle Francis sealed the deal with a final goal in the 73rd minute.

John Hughes FC managed to salvage some pride with a lone goal from Romon Gidersighs in the 51st minute, but it was too little, too late against the Willikies FC onslaught.

In an unexpected turn of events, the scheduled match between All Saints United and Pigotts Bullets did not take place.

All Saints United withdrew from the league as it was reported that most of its players are on national duty, resulting in an automatic forfeit. As a consequence, Pigotts has advanced to the semi-finals without having to play their quarter-final match.
