The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is in Antigua and Barbuda.
The Secretary-General is here to survey the damage done to Barbuda by Hurricane Irma and to assess what the United Nations can do to help the recovery process.
Barbuda suffered destruction which Prime Minister Gaston Browne estimates will set the island back 20 years.
