Three men were remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison on Thursday, after they appeared before the Court charged with Unlawful Confinement of Osuide Simpson.
25yr-old Dene Matherson and 27yr-old Glen Strann both of DeSouza Road, along with 18yr-old Corey Cannonier of Bendals, appeared before Chief Magistrate Walsh in the St. John’s Magistrate’s Court and were denied bail. They were remanded to prison until 22nd June 2017, when committal proceedings into the matter will commence.
Simpson was found alive a week ago inside a house off DeSouza Road occupied by the three men. They were arrested and taken into custody.
