Playing in the first game of the double header at the JSC Sports Complex, Donte Trimingham of Trimingham Trucking Enterprise drove all over the Fearless Crew in the Cool & Smooth Business Basketball League on Tuesday evening.
He scored a massive 32 points which was the most on the night, sinking seven three-pointers as T-shawn Lewis added 11 points. Takeem Martin, Michael Barton and Errol Quallis had 12, 11, and 10 points respectively. The game ended 56-46 with Trimmingham picking up their sixth win from nine games.
In the second encounter, SLBMC continued its losing streak as they went under to H Wright Promotions 58-54. This is their seventh loss in as many games. Adrian Carnegie (17) and company did their best to stave off the first win of SLBMC, although Baldwin Anthony Jr (18) scored the most points of the match.
Lincoln Weekes of Richie Shooters continues to lead the standing for the Leading Scorers with 168 points with Donte Trimmingham of Trimingham Trucking Services (143) and Keroi Lee of Sandals (136).
This evening Fearless Crew will meet Eye Mobile Vision Care, while leaders Anjo Wholesale and Antigua and Barbuda Transport Board will battle to see who could break the three-way deadlock.
