The UPP opposes water increase

The opposition United Progressive Party has told the government it is ridiculous to talk about raising water rates when the service is so poor.
The party’s PRO Damani Tabor is also saying that many low- income households will suffer if the rate of water increases.

Antigua potable water comes from many sources including reverse osmosis.
Tabor says the cost of this process should be made public through forums such as community meetings and discussions.
