The BPM boycotts a meeting to set up the Barbuda committee members

Members of the Barbuda Peoples Movement failed to show up for a meeting to set up the various committees on the Barbuda Council.
The meeting had to be postponed as a result.
 The BPM-through a letter to the Chairlady of the Barbuda Council-gave the reasons why they opted not to attend the meeting.
Public Relations Officer of the Barbuda Council Olando Morris read out the contents of the letter.

Morris says the failure of the BPM to show up has slowed down the business of the Council.
