On Tuesday, February 18, police officers from various departments launched an extensive search operation on the eastern side of the island in an effort to find Orden David.
The team of over 50 dedicated officers gathered at Willikies Police Station around 5:30 a.m. for a strategic briefing before commencing search at 7:15 a.m.
The search covered several key areas, including Pares and around Sir Vivian Richards Stadium. During the operation, four vehicles suspected of being stolen were found partially stripped of their parts.
They were examined by the Forensic Evidence Recovery Unit (FERU), and arranged to be transported to Police Headquarters for further investigation.
The operation lasted over four hours; however, there were still no sightings of Orden David.
The search will continue, and the public is asked to assist by providing any information regarding Orden David’s whereabouts or the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
You may do so by contacting the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or Bolans Police Station at 462-1080.
On Saturday, the police made a significant breakthrough in the case after obtaining valuable information that led to the discovery of his burnt-out Honda Fit motorcar, hidden among bushes behind Pares Secondary School.
This crucial piece of evidence has since been taken to the headquarters for further investigation.
