The Antigua and Barbuda Amateur Volleyball Association Local League continued on Wednesday evening at the YMCA Sports Complex with victories for Stoneville and Storming Lions.

In the first encounter of the night, defending Champions Stoneville were awarded full points along with bonus points as their supposed challenger, Renegades, were unable to field enough players required to begin the match.

The second encounter saw Top Ranking Storming Lions facing off against the Invaders. Both teams displayed determination and sportsmanship throughout the game.

Despite Invaders putting up a strong fight, Storming Lions managed to clinch the win with coordinated teamwork.

The momentum stayed with Storming Lions in the subsequent two sets, although Invaders were persistent in their efforts to bounce back, especially in the second set.

However, Storming Lions maintained their composure and ultimately emerged victorious with a clean sweep, winning the match 3-0.

The scores were as follows 25-19, 25-22 and 25-19 with the match lasting one hour and five minutes.
