The police last night issued a fresh appeal for 23-year-old Delano Forbes to surrender to them for questioning about the latest killing in Swetes.
The All Saints youth is being sought for the stabbing death of Swetes resident Wilfred Williams whose body was found in a latrine pit on Wednesday.
The police first appealed to Forbes to surrender on Thursday after they made certain discoveries at his home and spoke with residents in the area.
Fifty-nine-year-old Williams was found dead with numerous stab wounds on his body which was covered down in the latrine pit.
The former taxi driver was last seen alive last week Saturday and his relatives filed a missing person report this week.
His car was first found abandoned in Swetes, not far from his home. Then his body was found in the latrine, some distance away from where his car was recovered.  It was the stench that led to the discovery.
The police are asking anyone with information about Forbes’ location to call the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at 462-3913 or 462-3914. For identification purposes, his photograph can be seen on www.antiguaobserver.com or on our Facebook page Observer Media Group.
