Spanish Heat continued their winning ways on Wednesday night trouncing Ottos Clippers 88-57 at the JSC Sports Complex in their Antigua and Barbuda Basketball Association (ABBA) Division Two encounter.

The Spanish men were led by Steven Matthew who had 21 points. He was assisted by Carlos Suarez who had 13 points off the bench, and Rolando Hamilton who netted 12.

Both Jesus Emmanuel and Edgar Obispo dominated the boards grabbing 12 each. Their teammate Antonio Cruz snatched 10 rebounds.

Daryll Matthew led Clippers in scoring with 13 points. His teammate, Ettienne Davis contributed with 10 in a losing effort.

The other game between Pointville Ballers and Young Warriors Ballers did not play as Young Warriors could not field a team, therefore Pointville won by default.

Division two action will continue on Saturday starting at 6:45 with Cuties Ovals Young Guns facing Wadadli Elite 2, while at 8:30, Flyers 2 will battle Caribbean Pharmaceuticals Fearless Crew 1.
