SJCCU rolls out new ATM at Perry Bay Supermarket

The St John’s Co-operative Credit Union (SJCCU) announces the addition of a new Automated Teller Machine (ATM) as part of its ongoing plans to improve member experience and convenience for its growing membership base in Antigua and Barbuda.

This new ATM – located at Perry Bay Supermarket in St John’s – is the credit union’s third machine on island which are strategically placed to improve service access, a release said.

Members now have the benefit of saving time as they access additional withdrawal services, providing an alternative to in-branch transactions, it added.

“Our members have long asked for additional ATMs and have been patient with us while we worked to provide them with same, SJCCU’s General Manager Peta-Gay Rodney said.

“We are happy that we are now able to deliver on our promise and provide value-added service through our ATM expansion plans.”

Meanwhile, Operations Manager Lottoia Auguiste expressed delight with the rollout while emphasising that the new addition will allow the credit union’s service to be at members’ fingertips.

The credit union also takes the opportunity to remind members about its alternative channels to conduct transactions, which include being able to access their account information via the SJCCU website or the MySJCCU mobile application.

In addition to enhancing the member experience, the SJCCU took the opportunity to remind its members that it will continue to build on its digital thrust to improve the company’s operational efficiency, and is dedicated to prioritising their convenience.
