Reducing the nation’s strays

Key equipment including two dog traps, a net and graspers, and other supplies and utensils are presented to Dog Registration and Control Authority boss Melissa Elliot (right) by Rachel Wood of the Antigua Spay & Neuter Clinic. The organisations hope to reduce the volume of homeless dogs on city streets.
