Police are still appealing to members of the public who may have information on the latest shooting incidents in the country, to share anything that could assist their investigations.
The events on August 23 and 25 respectively, resulted in the deaths of Alexis Mussington, Radradatt Ramlakhan, and Gibson Ricardo Christmas. The month before, on July 9, 33-year-old Marlon Christian was killed.
It was reported that on August 23 an unknown assailant opened fire on 32-year-old Mussington on Bridge Road in Grays Farm, leaving him with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
The man, from Cooks New Extension, was rushed to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 10.45pm.
It was during the same incident that 45-year-old Ramlakhan was also shot multiple times, though his injuries were believed to be from stray bullets that entered the walls of his home.
He too, was rushed to the hospital, before being pronounced dead at around 11.15pm.
In the August 25 incident, Christmas was reportedly shot multiple times in the back and the head while on upper Tanner Street where he was sitting in the vicinity of Country Pond, along with two other men.
Those reports say an unknown assailant walked up to where the men were gathered and discharged a firearm, hitting another man in the arm in the process.
Christmas was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other man that was shot received treatment for his injury at the hospital.
Christian, from Herberts, was apparently fired at as he sat in the passenger seat of a car on Bishopsgate Street at around 9.30pm on July 9.
Spokesperson for the police, Acting Assistant Superintendent Frankie Thomas, confirmed that investigations into the incidents are still ongoing and would be greatly assisted by input from the public.
He added that a $25,000 reward that was previously offered for information leading to an arrest is still in effect.
