Blackburn Palace FC delivered one of the most emphatic victories of the season in the ABFA Second Division, demolishing Herberts FC 13-0 at PMS on Wednesday afternoon.
The afternoon belonged to Diondre Harrigan, who led the scoring barrage with a remarkable four-goal performance. Harrigan wasted no time making his mark, opening the scoring in the 7th minute before quickly doubling his tally five minutes later. He would complete his hat-trick in the 32nd minute and add a fourth early in the second half.
The goals flowed freely throughout the match, with Shannoy Spencer contributing a first-half double in the 19th and 23rd minutes, while Sanje Carr matched the feat with an impressive hat-trick late in the game, finding the net in the 65th, 75th, and 82nd minutes.
The scoring spree was further supplemented by Jamal Tavenier (16′), Sowandae Farrell (28′), Chesley Simon (56′), and Jayvin Ambrose (63′), each adding their names to the scoresheet in what turned out to be a historic afternoon for Blackburn Palace.
