Pacesetters and Invincible Stars remain unbeaten

Cool and Smooth Pacesetter and Invincible Stars continue to show their dominance in the A Division of the Antigua and Barbuda Netball Association (ABNA) league.
Both teams pushed their undefeated records to 4-0 on Tuesday night at the YMCA Sports Complex.
Pacesetters trounced Massy United Grays Green Tigers, 35-22 as former national player, Renee Joshua sank 34 of her 46 attempts.
Youngster, Adena Andre, netted 19 of her 28 attempts for the Tigers with teammate, Jennell Willette chipping in with two points.
Invincible Stars lived up to their name as they ran a clinic on a struggling Roof Masters Plus Attackers team, 53-14.
Former national player, Esther Emanuel drilled 31 of her 36 attempts while teammates, Seymone Parks and Chaka Grant, sank 15 and seven respectively.
Kendia Romeo made six  of her nine attempts for Attackers.
She was assisted by Fernora Barthley and Shenique Farrell who both scored four points in a losing effort.
Running Rebelz also found themselves in the winner’s circle as they edged out Hon Michael Browne Black Lightning, 20-16.
Amey Lake led the victors sinking 17 of her 23 attempts while Reyanna Regis netted 12 of her 24 for Black Lightening.
Karol Carlton also of Black Lightning scored four points.
Attackers would, however, have something to celebrate  as their B team trounced Hon Asot Michael Parham, 31-11.
The lone B Division match-up saw Deneka Dublin lead Attackers to victory with her 17-point performance.
Kika Josiah contributed with 14 of her 20 attempts.
Parham’s Beverly Allen scored eight points with assistance from teammate, Maxine Benjamin, who sank three.
Games will continue today in the Mixed division as Sagicor Life Enforcers will face Roof Masters Plus Attacker and Cool and Smooth Pacesetters will battle Hon Asot Michael Parham at 7 p.m. while at 8:30 p.m., Invincible Stars will play Sen Collin James Black Lightning and Massy United Grays Green Tigers will meet Running Rebelz.
All games will be played at the YMCA Sports Complex.
