Ottos Comprehensive School (OCS) were 3-2 winners over Irene B Williams Secondary (IBWS) when they clashed in the Under-14 Boys’ division of the Schools’ Football Competition on Wednesday.
There were however, only two scorers in the match with Elijah Whyte hitting a hattrick for OCS and Railique Browne scoring booth goals for Irene B Williams.
There was victory as well for Sir Novelle Richards Academy (SNRA) who defeated All Saints Secondary School (ASSS) by a similar 3-2 margin. Isjante Isidore, Junie Audaine and Nicholas Charles each scored once for the victors while J’Keem Josiah picked up both goals for All Saints.
Also, Clare Hall Secondary School (CHSS) were 5-1 winners over Princess Margaret School (PMS).
The Antigua Grammar School (AGS) won by default over Glanvilles Secondary School (GSS) after the latter were no-shows for the contest. Reports are that the team has been pulled from the competition for disciplinary reasons.
