An eviction notice has been given to the management of OBSERVER Media and the Chief Operations Officer, Darren Derrick, is shedding light on the development.
The eviction letter dated July 26 was issued by the attorneys acting on behalf of the Joint Liquidators of Stanford Development Company Limited (In Liquidation).
The attorneys are Nicolette Doherty and Kwame Simon.
They have given the management of OBSERVER news agency three months to move. Derrick says that would be October 31st.

The building on airport road is being sold but the liquidators, Marcus Wide and Hordley Forbes, were not clear who is purchasing the building.
Observer has been leasing the building for some time and that lease expired in 2014. Since then, the company has been current with its month to month rental payments.
The company’s Chief Operations Officer says the eviction notice was forwarded to the board of the company but they have not yet replied.
He also says the company’s lawyer, Kenny Kentish, is aware of the matter.
The Observer management says is has not been given a right of first refusal as verbally promised by the receiver’s agent, Gilbert Boustany.
