The newbies moved to third place on the 20-team standings with a 13-2 record after trouncing Mill Reef 93-43 on Tuesday night at the JSC Sports Complex.
Russel Daley had a game high 20 points for the victors with assistance from Selassie Braithwaite who netted 17 points and Gabriel Perez 16.
Mill Reef’s Curtis Daniel sank 13 points while teammate Elliott Samuel chipped in with 11.
Former champions, Kennedys moved to the second spot on the table after defeating APUA Water 88-47 in the second match-up of the quadruple header evening.
National junior player, Javon Simon led the charge with 24 points while teammates Xavier “Xman” Meade contributed 20.
Michael Jeffers sank 21 for the watermen.
In the other match played that night, Dadli Designs trounced A-Mobile Young Rivals 90-57.
Damani Edwards had a game high 33 points for the victors.
He was assisted by Jamar Bird who sank 28.
Young Rivals’ Delonte Scotland was the leading scorer with 18 points.
Burton’s Laundry forfeited by default to Anjo Wholesale.
