A new six-member executive was chosen to spearhead the daily running of the Lion Hill Football Club.

The elections were held on Sunday at the Nut Grove Basketball court.

Devon Joseph will now take up the mantle as President of the club, in addition to retaining his prior position of Public Relations Officer (PRO).

Renford Harris was appointed Vice-President and Assistant Treasurer, while Denly Isaac was elected to the role of Treasurer.

Michelle Joseph will serve as Secretary, Jevon Howell is the Assistant Secretary, and Edwin Richardson the Team Manager.

Lion Hill FC was relegated to Division 2 in the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) league last season after finishing in the 11th spot in Division 1 with 16 points after 22 matches.

The team is presently being sponsored by Hon. Daryll Matthew, the Parliamentary Representative for St. John’s Rural South.
