T. JOHN’S, Antigua – A new Chief Executive Officer will be at the helm of the Airport Authority from Monday.

He’s Jamaican Stanley Smith who has been given a three year contract.

The Airport Authority Chairman has confirmed the appointment.

Smith’s selection comes almost three years after Ken Hurst resigned from the position, citing personal reasons.

A check on the internet revealed that up to June this year, Smith was the Senior Director, Operations at Jamaica’s Norman Manley International Airport.
