Residents will have to wait a few more days before the winner of the first ever Myron “Percy” Phillip Invitational Football league champions are crowned.
The final which was initially scheduled for last Saturday afternoon at 4:30 at the Golden Grove playing field had to be postponed due to inclement weather.
Speaking with the organizer of the tournament, Freeston Ireland, the final will now kick-off on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. in Golden Grove.
The final will see Anderson Carty Greenbay United and Demolition, hailing from the Jennings area, battle it out for top honors.
