BOSTON, Massachusetts – Though known traditionally as a meet heavy on its long distance runners, one of the most accomplished group of athletes at the 2010 Reebok Boston Indoor Games will be found in the Visa Men’s 60m.
Among the sprinters confirmed for the Men’s dash are Shawn Crawford, the 2004 Olympic gold medalist at 200m, Kerron Clement, the world indoor record holder at 400m and a two-time World Champion in the 400m Hurdles, Michael Rodgers, the reigning US Champion at both 60m and 100m, Daniel Bailey, the Antigua & Barbuda national record holder who finished fourth in the 100m at last year’s World Championships, the greatest 100m race in history, and Walter Dix, one of the greatest sprinters in NCAA history.
From indoor champions to intermediate hurdlers, the Visa Men’s 60m promises to be the most exciting race (second-for-second) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games.
The television broadcast of this year’ Reebok Boston Indoor Games has been moved to Sunday, February 7, from 2-4pm EST on ESPN2.
This new time slot should be ideal for fans who want to gather to watch one of the best indoor track meets in the world, just before watching the Super Bowl later in the evening. (World-Track)
