The Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda, His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams presented the Governor General’s Faithful and Meritorious Service Cross for Meritorious Service in Sports to English Harbours’s Rocco Falcone during an Investiture Ceremony at Government House on Friday. Falcone was a member of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team representing Italy that won the Youth America’s Cup in Barcelona last summer.
