The acting Chief Executive Officer of Liat has reportedly sought to involve the shareholder governments in the latest dispute with its workers.
That’s what the chairman of the Liat Trade Union Group, David Massiah, has told Observer Media.

Observer Media has been unable to independently verify this as calls to Julie Reifer Jones have gone unanswered.
Efforts to reach Dr. Gonvsalves were also unsuccessful.
For the second time in recent weeks, regional trade unions have struck down a proposed salary deferral system for staff.
They are also threatening to demonstrate if the company goes ahead with the plan.
