Police have formally arrested and charged Kevin Schulth for committing multiple offences.

The Golden Grove resident was charges with Insulting Language, Failure to comply with lawful directions, Indecent Language, Failure to produce a valid driver’s licence, Disorderly Conduct by making noise, Refusing to give name, and Refusing to give address.

The offences occurred at Long Street on 28 December, 2024.

The accused was being ticketed for a traffic violation when he began hurling several expletives at a traffic police officer.

Despite his insults and appalling conduct, the traffic officer kept his composure and professionalism throughout the ordeal.

He is expected in court sometime this week.

  1. The judge should order his mouth be washed out with soap. The punishment should fit the crime. Then he should be given a trash bag and clean the roads for a couple of weeks. And pay a fine for the traffic infraction. This is my version of letting him off easy.
