Invincible Stars keep on winning

Powerhouse team, Invincible Stars, secured another win under their belt on Tuesday night in the A Division of the Antigua and Barbuda Netball Association (ABNA) league at the YMCA Sports Complex.
The frontrunners who still remain the only unbeaten team defeated Massy United Grays Green Tigers, 24-13.
Former national player, Esther Emmanuel scored an impressive 21 of her 24 attempts with assistance from Chaka Grant who netted two of her eight.
Youngster Adina Andre sank 11 of her 15 attempts for the Tigers in a losing effort.
Colin James Black Lightning also found themselves in the winner’s circle as they trounced Roof Masters Plus Attackers, 29-7.
The B Division match-up saw national junior player, Rayanna Regis lead the victors sinking 17 of her 30 attempts with assistance from Andesha Thomas who made nine of 20.
Curien Roberts also of Black Lightning chipped in with three points.
Attackers’ Deneka Dublin made four of 24 while teammate Kika Josiah had three of nine in a losing effort.
Games will continue tonight in the Mixed Division as Sagicor Life Enforcers will face Massy United Grays Green Tigers and Roof Masters Plus Attackers will battle Invincible Stars at 7 p.m. while at 8:30 p.m. Hon Asot Michael Parham will play Colin James Black Lightning.
All games will be played at the YMCA Sports Complex.
