Police have seized $12,000 dollars worth of cannabis at the V.C. Bird International Airport on Friday, August 23.
During a joint drug operation between Customs and Police, a cardboard box was found at the cargo shed with 2 pounds of the controlled substance concealed in vacuum-sealed packages.
The substance was taken to the police station, while further investigations continue.
No one has been arrested.
