An Antiguan woman in her 50s who is visiting London this week has found herself caught up in what she describes as a “frightening” incident in the UK. Right now, the UK police are investigating a “terrorist attack” that has left at least one person dead tonight.
UK news reports indicate that several other people were injured in an attack that started when three men in a bus drove into people on London Bridge around 10 pm.
Thereafter, London Police had to rush to the nearby Borough Market in response to reports of several stabbings in the area known for its restaurants and bars.
This Antiguan woman, who did not want to be named due to safety concerns, spoke from London with OBSERVER media’s Martina Johnson moments after she was evacuated from her hotel.
