Local soca icon Tian Winter is no longer a Flow Antigua and Barbuda Ambassador.

This news comes on the cusp of Carnival 2019, for which the telecommunications company is the major sponsor of the Party Monarch  Competition, one of the biggest events for the season.

Yesterday, Flow told OBSERVER media that “after 10 successful years of partnership, Flow Antigua and Barbuda has concluded its contractual agreement with Tian Winter.”

In the statement, it thanked the popular artiste for being a great ambassador over the years, and wished him success in his career and in the upcoming Carnival season.

When contacted, the soca star’s manager, Neil Cochrane, acknowledged the parting of the ways between the company and Winter, but declined commenting further.

He said, however, that an official statement will be issued in short order.

Winter is the reigning Jumpy Soca Monarch of which Flow is the biggest sponsor. He wowed the judges last year with his performance of his hit ‘All for one.’

OBSERVER media understands that popular Microphone Controller (MC) Bruce “Supa Dymond” Barthley has also parted ways with the company.
