The first-ever WOW Factor Awards, hosted by iRise Management, are set to honour those who have excelled across a diverse range of sectors.
These inaugural awards aim to spotlight and celebrate exceptional customer service, emphasizing its crucial role in today’s business landscape.
Orena David-Charles, founder of iRise Management and the brains behind the awards, said she believes in giving credit where it’s due.
Following a period of public nominations in June, the finalists have been announced.
These individuals have gone above and beyond in their fields, demonstrating exceptional service, dedication, and impact.

These finalists have set a high bar for service excellence, leadership, and commitment but it’s up to the public to decide who will take home the honours.

The voting period runs from September 1 to September 30. Persons can vote multiple times throughout the month, but only once every 24 hours.
The winners will be revealed at the WOW Factor Awards ceremony on October 12, at the Sandals Grande Antigua, with the red-carpet Grammy-like affair beginning at 6:30pm.

David-Charles reports that the competition is already heating up, with over 800 votes cast since the weekend.
