Farewell

The Ministry of Health and the Environment yesterday announced the death of Kevorn Ettiene (centre) who died at 9:05 p.m. Sunday night at the CARE Project. Ettiene, who  became a permanent resident at the Project in 2013, was 27 years old. Just four days ago, soca artists Drastic, Ezzy Ratigan, Young Lyrics and Sir Oungku visited him as part of his wish list. (Photo courtesy the Ministry of Health and the Environment)
