The family of Whitney Simpson, a 31-year-old resident of Paynters, is urgently appealing to the public for assistance in locating him.
Simpson, described as tall with a dark complexion and standing at approximately six feet two inches, was last seen about two weeks ago in the Gray’s Farm area.
Simpson’s aunt, Amarylla Henry, spoke to Observer, expressing deep concern over her nephew’s uncharacteristic absence.
“He’s a very loving, kind, respectable, honest young man,” Henry stated.
She noted that it is unlike Simpson to be away from home for such an extended period.
According to Henry, Simpson typically stays close to home, often under the care of his sister.
The family’s living arrangement, with Simpson’s mother residing upstairs and Simpson downstairs, has added to their confusion over his sudden absence.
In an emotional plea, Henry addressed her missing nephew directly.
“We all love you and care about you and care for you. Please come home if you can hear.”
She also appealed to the public, asking anyone with information to come forward, even suggesting that if Simpson had been abducted, any sign or signal of his whereabouts would be crucial.
The family’s distress is palpable, with Henry stating, “We need you with me,” highlighting the impact of Simpson’s absence on his loved ones.
The family are urging anyone with information about Whitney Simpson’s whereabouts to contact 736-0206 immediately.
The community’s help is seen as vital in bringing Simpson home safely and alleviating his family’s growing concerns.
