Family dentist is new ambassador to Japan

As of Wednesday, Antigua and Barbuda’s non-resident Ambassador to Japan is Dr Maxwell Francis.
The governor general Sir Rodney Williams signed an instrument of appointment to that effect on Wednesday.
OBSERVER media reached out to Dr Francis who made a brief statement about his appointment.

Antigua and Barbuda, and Japan have good longstanding relations and the twin island states enjoys a high level of bi-lateral support from the Asian nation.
